The “Whole Body Health for Life Class” leads participants in a nutritional and lifestyle makeover to increase energy, improve mental clarity and body composition, decrease aches and pains and increase an overall feeling of well-being. The class includes assistance through a cleanse-style diet that is free of alcohol, dairy, soy, gluten and sugar.
The class addresses allergies, food sensitivities, weight gain, lack of energy and mental clarity. Based on both leader’s process and experience addressing their own family’s health, the class provides detailed training and support to help attendees shift emotionally and physically to whole food nutrition and a healthier lifestyle
The class covers a 30-day cleanse, balanced meal circle, benefits of organic food, recipes, menus, grocery lists and measurements, anti-inflammatory and hormonal eating, safe seafood and the benefits of eliminating sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, emotional health, breathing, sleeping, emotional hunger, Theta Healing practices, detox and supplementation, pH balance and omega’s, restocking your pantry and refrigerator, steps to successfully move forward, exercise, keys to disease prevention and measurements.
The classes are led by Whole Body Health’s Patient Care Coordinators Judy Ulery and Anita Lane. Judy brings experience as an exercise physiologist and independent sales professional of Arbonne to the team. Anita is also a Certified Transformational Life Coach and an Advanced Certified Theta Healer. She offers each participant a complimentary individualized session to support their success during the program.
