Day 1 of Stage One my Spring cleanse! No sugar/carbs, no red meat, lots of veggies & salad, no alcohol, plenty of filtered water accompanied by detox baths, skin brushing & exercise 4 days / week. I’m gonna do this for at least 21 days!!!
